Chris Coleman

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer/ Owner

CrossFit Gymnastics Certified

After 20 years of playing competitive team sports, Chris found the sport of CrossFit in 2011 and was hooked from the start.  He was immediately drawn to the individuality of the sport while sill connecting with the team spirit that the CrossFit community embraces.  In addition,  Chris is driven by the physical and mental endurance that he has gained since beginning CrossFit.  Mostly though, he is inspired by watching the confidence of his students change from an "I can't" to an "I can do anything!" attitude.

Margaret Coleman

CrossFit Powerlift Certified

CrossFit Kids Certified

With a background in soccer and track, Margaret thrives on physical challenge and was completely enamored with and humbled by the sport of CrossFit after just 1 class.  She has trained under 3-time National Collegiate Champion Powerlifter and USC strength and conditioning coach Charr Gahagan and became inspired to share the sport with others.  The community and "never quit" attitude of fellow crossfitters drives her to push the boundaries daily.

Jeromy Hufstedler

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Jeremy started CrossFit in 2011 with no athletic background beforehand.  After realizing how fun and functional fitness could be, he set a personal goal to obtain his Level 1 Certification so that he could help others improve and gain the same appreciation.  We have been lucky enough to have Jeromy on our coaching staff since 2016.  His goal is to always be improving as a coach and athlete while remaining coachable himself.
