***New Elements Schedule***
Our elements/fundamentals of CrossFit will be held only at 6:00 AM and 7 PM, Monday thru Thursday. This is for newcomers to Crossfit and we will discuss and go over individual movements, styles of workouts and correct technique.
Since Elements is run on a strict 2 week schedule, you must start the first Monday of elements and complete the entire course.
Once, the course is completed, you will be allowed to move to any class at any time of the day.
Finally, there are no exceptions if you are new to CrossFit. You must attend at 6:00 AM or 7 PM and complete the entire 8 session elements before moving on.
